The Dog Days of August Are Nipping at DC’s Heels, but Art Outlet and Art Whino Are Keeping Us Chill with FLIK 2008.
FLIK interactive is a 2 and 3-D and interactive new media art exhibition, coinciding with the FLIK International Movie Festival, featuring contemporary animation and experimental films at the new Art Whino at National Harbor, taking in some beautiful, inventive and really interesting art with the gorgeous views of the Potomac River in the background.
The screenings and reception take place July 25 & 26, starting at 6pm. Both Friday and Saturday programming is a unique experience you do not want to miss. FLIK 2008 features over 45 artists.
Performing artists are D J M I K E L P A N D A , magician David London and VANDAVEER.
