Since we had SO MUCH FUN last year with this party (check out the photos here), we’re doing it again.

How much is the prix fixe menu?
November 13, 2009 at 11:47 amI called 1905 on Wednesday to make reservations for the prix fixe, I was told it is $50.

“Beaujolais Day”
Baguette bread and whipped butter(pre-set ,unsliced on table, knife in bread, with crocks of butter)
1. escargot couverture – snails baked in pastry with maitre d’hotel butter
Pate d’ campaigne – country pork with pickled vegetable melange, croustades and Alsace mustard
Salade d’épinards – spinach leaves in strawberry vinaigrette with smoked brie, red onion and poppy seed
2. Saumon avec fine herbes – north Atlantic salmon wrapped with Provencal herbs
in toasted butter – potato puree – garlic roasted tomato
Winter Root and Gruyere Gratin – with roasted vegetable ratatoullie
Porc fume avec choucroute – smoked rack of pork braised with apple cider – sauerkraut – bacon roasted red potato with caraway seeds
3. café crème – coffee bean crème brulee
cheesecake au citron – lemon scented cheesecake
