I'm a pretty serious Joanna Newsom fan. In fact, I'd probably put the song 'Emily' off her sophomore album in my top 10 favs of all time. No joke. I cry every time I listen to it. But a Joanna Newsom remix? Sounds like it would make me cry in a different way. But this ain't bad at all:

Next up, we have a sample from Remix Romance Vol. 1, a track by track remix album of Sally Shapiro's brilliant Disco Romance. Juan MacLean, Holy Fuck, The Cansecos, Junior Boys, and others have a go, and for the most part it works, especially Tensnake's take on I'll Be By Your Side and ohmygod-Hans-Peter-Lindstrom-can-do-no-wrong's 11 min epic stab at Time To Let Go:
