I was feeling a little down scraping ice off my car, but this song cheered me up. It's an outtake from the Talking Heads Speaking in Tongues sessions. It basically sounds like David Byrne singing on a Tom Tom Club song. I'm guessing Chris and Tina wrote it and maybe that's why it was left off the album. Or maybe it was just a little too silly:
cigarettes and panty hose
hit me in my funny bone
heiny hole
tootsie roll
jelly roll
it's time to go
Whatever, it's brilliant. It's only ever been released (to my knowledge) on the out of print Sand in the Vaseline comp (and even then only the 2-disc version [I think]) and was curiously left out of both the Once in a Lifetime box set and the Dual Disc remasters from a few years back. It's finally popped back up on some weird Rhino digital only rarities comp. Odd for a full on polished kick ass track like this to be so neglected when unfinished studio scraps are getting the remaster treatment. Anyway, hope you like it as much as I do.

God loves a cheerful giver.
I think the Talking Heads was an important band that had an immense influence. If they did suck it was only occasionally. Their weaker pieces were more like an exception than the rule. I like the song.
