I actually don’t know if I love this or hate this but SOMEHOW I downloaded Format’s “Dog Problems” off of eMusic a few weeks back and while half of it sounds sort of contrived and almost emo to me I cannot stop listening to this song, which sounds like something Islands should have recorded, but never got around to:

I’ll touch you once you make the first move
Snails see the benefits,
The beauty in every inch
That part, right there, is my favorite.

Good choice - I so love the Format! At risk of sounding like a huge dork, I attempted to teach myself how to play guitar for the sole purpose of playing their songs…

But I’m not trying to kick off a “what type of music is best, etc.” argument….I don’t miss 7th grade that much.
