When I saw Antony & The Johnsons at 6th & I a while back he covered Crazy In Love. I know you think I'm just being some elitist indie snob but I don't really know the original that well. I mean I've heard it, but I can't like replay it in my head. I wasn't even sure what he was covering at first, even though is sounded vaguely familiar. Anyway, it was beautiful and apparently inspired Philly indie rock outfit Patter is Movement to give it a try as well at a NYE show. They then did a version for Daytrotter. It's pretty great. I should check out more of their stuff.
