Brightest Young Things

Hi, I just picked up two $50 David Byrne tickets for Wolf Trap on June 6th.

Then I remembered that's the same day as my friends wedding.  Shit.  Anyone want them?

With someone as prolific as Byrne you'd expect some missteps along the way, but his track record over the last 30+ years has been pretty solid.  While the solo portion of his career has never quite reached the heights of his Talking Heads hey day, a Best of Byrne album would still probably need to be two discs in length, and if you count his collaborations, three.  Here is a beautiful track from his 2004 album Grown Backwards.
