This Saturday's Transatlantic dance party was a night that recalled a simpler, funner, more superficial time in the BYT life (which was what...all of ten months a go?), when we would all just meet and dance and do the secret move on the stage at DC9 and wake up to photos of ourselves doing the robot.
It was the kind of night where everyone was into it, shots and songs kept coming faster than you could consume them, so you just kept drinking and dancing faster, the club had to kick the people out after last call and I woke up wearing nothing but one earring. Usually, I at least manage to keep both earrings on. But it was also totally worth it.
Kudos to Cory (aka the champion of all people), Lismore for keeping the music alive, DURKL for guest hosting, and supplying all those hats and t-shirts and sunglasses and awesome for everyone and to Fitsum for capturing the moment.
