So as you may all know, we are throwing a little party (with BlissPop & DCist) this Saturday at 930 club. And Georgie James, Soft Complex AND The Dance Party are playing.
Now, we love these bands.
You know that.
We have interviewed them, listened to them and photographed them ad nauseum so we figured we’d take another approach:

Party Outfit: Feathers just. because if you’re going to be doing awkward slow-dancing, playing dorky word games, and watching entirely non-party party movies, you need something to off-set the scene.

Why I love The Dance Party: Cute boys who aren’t afraid to wear matching air-brushed denim jackets and make you dance dance dance.

Why I love Soft Complex: Sweethearts who write great songs. and shane once sang me a voicemail. i’ve saved it and listen to it every once in awhile — it still makes my day.
