Acting as co-host to the Sunday radio show, Dishing It Out, on WTOP 103.5 with her husband, Nycci Nellis is also the CEO and Publisher of TheListAreYouOnIt.com, a D.C.-based website revolving around all things food and wine. The List, released bi-monthly, provides an endless list of food and wine events occurring across the Greater Washington area. Not only did Nycci allow us to poke around in her fridge, we also got a taste of the life she leads outside the workplace. Her home is one of the oldest in Kensington, Maryland dating back 130(+) years, and with unique decorative touches in every corner, the house looks like the perfect place to bring up a family. Between the dogs running around in the fenced-in backyard and pictures of her kids and their artwork covering the fridge, I couldn't help but feel completely at home.

Here in the kitchen Nycci tells us about some of her favorite cookbooks (out of the hundreds in her collection). One in particular, How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman, which looks well-loved and as if it's been used more than a few times.

In the Door: Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Nocciolata Organic Hazelnut Spread, SMJOR Icelandic Butter, Uncle Brutha's Fire Sauce No. 9, Salter's Dressings, Peter Luger Steak Sauce, Ficoco Fig and CoCoa Spread

Top Shelves: Asparagus, Bing Cherries, Horizon Sour Cream, Blue Ridge Dairy Co. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, 365 Organic Smooth Almond Butter, Trickling Springs Creamery Cream, Strawberries, Siggi's Icelandic Yogurt

In the Drawer: So much produce! Cucumbers, Baby Carrots, Red Bell Pepper, Green Beans, Celery, Radishes,

Odds n' Ends: Cuvee Van De Keizer Blauw Beer, Uncured Bacon, Crave Brothers Marscapone Cheese, Cava Mezze Tzatziki Sauce and Spicy Hummus
Freezer: Moorenko's Strawberry Ice Cream, 365 Organic Calamari, Roseda Black Anngus Burgers
Adding to the home sweet home atmosphere, Nycci's daughter showed off some of her homemade cookies after arriving home from school. Needless to say, we never wanted to leave this picturesque abode.
