With the summer coming to an end and our amazing intern core for this semester leaving us, we are currently looking for several interns to help us out in various departments. Ideally, we are looking for fun, passionate and bright college students that can work independently from home and will communicate with their respective departments on a daily basis. You'll probably need to put in about 10 hours a week of work and this can obviously be done in your spare time or when deadlines are relevant.
We love running the site and put our heart and soul into the content, therefore we would expect our interns to share that passion and not think that working for us is just an easy way to meet your favorite indie rock star or get free tickets to shit.
We can't pay you, but we will be more than happy to help arrange credit if you're eligible for that with your school. (+endless street cred)
The perks of working for the site are awesome and we share the bounty of free tickets and party invites for those who contribute and work hard to help us express our love for all that is good in DC.

pretty much. college credit is also up for grabs. and if people don't want it, no one's making anyone do it, there is a vast sea of other unpaid media internships out there for everyone to fight over.
this year is also the first ever possibility of earning an Andrew Bucket Certificate to go with your internship credentials. very very competitive, only two will make the final cut.
