Last week, Toki Underground celebrated the Chinese New Year with two pop-up events. They were closed on Monday because, as everyone should know, its bad luck to work on New Year’s Day. Then on Tuesday and Wednesday, Toki Underground’s Chef Thang Le and The Source’s Chef Scott Drewno respectively took over Toki Underground to serve their own modern twist on the traditional Chinese New Year’s dinner. Miss the event? Fortunately, we were able to take some behind-the-scene footage and interview the three chefs, one-on-one, about the collaboration.
