This Saturday, Les Savy Fav will storm the Black Cat with art rock/post-hard core that'll bring you to wanna make out with a stranger. They've inspired some of the best music of the last decade (Bloc Party, anyone?) and continue to craft original songs and electric melodies. Their new album, Root For Ruin, is out now on Frenchkiss Records. But even cooler? LSF will co-curate the All Tomorrow's Parties "Nightmare Before Christmas" festival in Minehead, England alongside Battles and Caribou in December of 2011. Talk about indie street cred.
