This past weekend, for the second time ever, an estimated five hundred or so men and women, all wearing outfits that would proclaim them Dandies and Quaintrelles, all on bikes, and all happy to be there (something to be noted, since in DC-there is always someone who seems not happy to be there), rode across town from The Fridge to STROGA-and had their photo taken a billion times (check out DCist, ReadySetDC and WeLoveDC coverages). The event, intended to benefit Arts for the Aging, does bring out the finest in both bike and human grooming in this city, and as always, we're just going to treat the coverage for it as a style pictorial.

God loves a cheerful giver.

Wonderful shots.
Also, predictable comments section madlib time: what's the deal with all these [pejorative], this is event is so [banal, unjustified accusation of pretension*]. [Insinuate that this event is the wrong way to have fun]. [*aftertaste of irony]
love the above comment, perfectly put.
also, there is so much yes here it makes me smile.
max cook for the win! fantastic stuff.
The flickr links are set to private...? really? Or is it just me?
