Oh hey, another January, and another NO PANTS METRO ride. It has been 9 years since a group of well-meaning exhibitionists in Seattle decided to ride the metro one afternoon, without any pants (or skirts, or bermuda shorts or anything else that goes over the lower portion of one's body, underwear, blessedly, non-withstanding) and now the little-pantless-event-that-could is a worldwide phenomenon spearheaded by Improv Everywhere.
This Sunday, it hit DC again, and Franz and his camera (and no pants) went and captured the magic. Enjoy:

God loves a cheerful giver.

It's funny and wacky and all, so it's cool...but it's all fun and games until these wacky hipsters run across someone with a 5 year old daughter who isn't amused by their banana hammock standing in front of them and someone gets the absolute shit beat out of them. Then the knee-slapping belly laughs stop abruptly and everyone gets to mopping up blood and carrying their comrade out. Better you than me hipsters, better you than me you brave warriors of zany behavior.
