Family Hemerlein is always a firendly affair, but this month it was a best-friendly time: BEN KRONBERG returned for the 3rd time and frequent special quests US Royalty played a rare intimate set before crushing it at Merriweather this weekend and heading out on a national tour.
Highlights included: mentioning the word "poop" 25 times in one joke, an goose-bumpy cover of "Anything you Want (you got it), new songs by Matthew Hemerlein, John Thornley's mustache, Ben Kronberg's shorts, a beautiful night on the deck and Seaton Smith still being the funniest man in the Mid-Atlantic.

God loves a cheerful giver.
You all need to refund some of the bloated cover from this show because the middle comedian sucked ass, and one of the guests never showed. The show was only an hour and a half! The whole event was just ridding on leftover, weak fumes. It sure would be nice if you could learn to check the egos, make sure your shows deliver, and invite only those who deserve to be on stage.
