Pepper Rabbit’s new album, Beauregard, is bursting with finely crafted tracks like “Older Brother” and “Harvest Moon” that will undoubtedly permeate and inhabit your eardrums from beginning to end.
If you are at SXSW next week, stop by and see them play at the Kanine Records Party.
You can also check out Pepper Rabbit TONIGHT @ BLACK CAT, opening for THE SUBMARINES. Keep reading as they walk us through three of their favorite songs off their new album.

Harvest Moon
This song began with just the ukelele and vocals. Adding all the other instruments
came pretty natural. The horns and pianos are pretty common throughout our whole album "Beauregard."
Snowalker
This is our first and only song (so far) that was written on banjo. This was the first song that Xander and I demoed together that became a Pepper Rabbit song. Lately this has become one of our favorite songs to play live since our bassist Jonathan Allen came up with a new bass and drum intro.
None Shall Sleep
None Shall Sleep of all our songs was the most daunting to arrange for the live show. But after only a few reconstructions, right from the beginning of playing shows it's been one of my favorite songs to play live.
