WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: EVENT MARKETING/ SPONSOR RELATIONS/ SALES/ BIZ DEV WIZARD

Requirements:

• Major brand event marketing experience (on either side of the fence) - min 3 years.
• Self-directed & entrepreneurial
• Solid communication skills
• Proposal writing and contract negotiation expertise

Job Description: Primary duties are to solicit businesses to sponsor BYT events and find opportunities for BYT Productions to develop new marketing events with businesses and other organizations.  This work will include creating and executing marketing and sales plans, identifying sponsorship opportunities, meeting with potential sponsors, creating sponsorship proposals for prospects, and negotiating terms and conditions. The job will require collaborating closely with both the BYT events and editorial team members to design and coordinate advertising materials and events for sponsors.

Compensation: salary and/or commission based packages available + benefits
Hours: flexible
