According to Gawker Dash Snow has died of a heroin overdose.
Dash Snow emerged as one of our generation’s torch bearers in the New york art scene- at least in terms of his personal mythology. Born into art world royalty, Snow left home at the age of 14 living on the streets and building his legend, a legend that materialized itself in photography, spray paint, and collages with his own semen.

Dash Snow sported an annoying hipper-than-thou art-world persona, but his artistic talent was undeniable.Unfortunately, he was not only a brilliant artist but a drug addict as well.
