Casting call for Models for Richard Kern:
Since BYT enjoys being a pimp for every young, exhibitionistically inclined soul in this city we were thrilled when via Modernist Society we were asked to help spearhead a seach for models for Richard Kern to shoot while in town.

For the uninitiated (what, you only look at classy photos? riiiiight) Richard Kern is a legend in his own right: First coming to prominence in the 1980s during the East Village art revolution, photographer, occasional pornographer, former-filmmaker and video director, and a man once amicably referred to as the ‘Evil Cameraman” he has shoot everything and everyone from Sonic Youth Videos to spreads for Hustler featuring Lydia Lunch,Kembra Pfahler, and, yes, Henry Rollins and also stars on Vice tv.

He will be in town around October 25th for his appearance during the Modernist society circuit and if you think you have what it takes (which I feel is: a pert deriere, among other body parts, an exhbitionist streak, a sense of humor about your sexuality and a look that wouldn’t look out of place in a 1970s issue of “Lui” Magazine) feel free to email him at:
